We deliver worldwide. Flat rate $20 via USPS, UPS, or Asendia. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery time depends on whether the set is in stock at our US warehouse or made to order in the studio.
If in stock (US warehouse)
Most synthetic colors are kept in stock and ship directly from our US warehouse.

If made to order
All natural human hair dreads, all custom orders, and synthetic sets not currently in stock are made individually in the studio.
Production takes 10–14 days, then add the delivery time:

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Returns
You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, with original packaging and stickers.
Dreadlocks are personal care items — used products cannot be returned.

- Email us at daniladaddydread@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm and provide return instructions.
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
